Rich minced beef (as opposed to a Shepherd’s Pie, which uses lamb mince) and garden vegetables (peas, corn, onion, carrot) topped off with a creamy mashed potato – I can almost taste it! Back Country Cuisine is made in New Zealand from natural ingredients free from preservatives, and is so easy to prepare: just pour boiling water into the packet, fold it over for ten minutes then eat straight from the pack. No washing up!
